Full-Length Classes (45+ min)

Sometimes you just need an hour or more to soak up all the benefits of a yoga class with a full-length practice. Getting into complicated poses requires the right warm up, just as sinking into a deep state of relaxation is aided by extra time in poses. These 45-minute or more classes are designed for the days when you have a bit of extra time to work out. Choose from our wide selection of powerful flows to get your heart rate up, gentler classes to move at a slower pace, or yin and deep stretch videos to restore your body.
