Desk & Chair Yoga
(30, 45 or 60 minutes) - This class is designed to bring balance back to your mind and body with breathing and yoga practiced at your desk and chair. We’ll focus on poses to improve your posture, release neck, shoulder, and wrist tension (from typing), and include poses to release your back and hips.
Optional: Finish the session with a calming, guided meditation.
