Pre- and post-natal yoga helps out expectant or new mothers and birth parents to center themselves and find gentle movement. Pre-natal yoga is a useful tool for cultivating breath and learning how to move in a quickly-shifting body. Post-natal yoga helps to re-strengthen the body and recover more quickly from giving birth. Our pre- and post-natal classes are supportive for a variety of pregnancy-related conditions, such as diastsis recti (DR), sciatica, nausea, and swelling. Please consult your medical professional before beginning any exercise program during pregnancy.
