If you are pregnant and would like to keep up with your yoga practice, this quick video is for you. Stacey (and Jen) will give you some pointers and show you ways to support your body during this exciting and confusing time. Watch this video once to learn the modifications and gain the confidence to create your own. Always listen to your body, if anything you try does not feel right, then please don't do it. Have two blocks, several blankets and two bolsters (or pillows) available.
