Part yoga, part strength training, and a whole lot of fun! Our Yoga with Weights classes combine classical yoga poses with dumbells and cardio moves to provide you with a total body workout. These classes are appropriate for all levels and can be practiced with 1-5 lb. weights. Don't have weights? Fill up water bottles until they get to the right weight for you today.
