Focused Flow: Tone Up with Weights

This class combines fluid and stabilizing yoga asana to tone and lengthen leg muscles with light hand-held weights to tone and sculpt the upper body. It's a perfect change-up for your regular yoga practice and is great for anyone who finds too much plank, chaturanga, and upward facing dog stressful to the wrist and shoulder joints. Keep your bones healthy, muscles lithe, and the core stable! Have a pair of light hand weights available.
