Build strength, agility and endurance in this total body yoga with weights class by Sarah Keely. You'll quickly warm up as you move through a standing series packed with lunges, squats, bicep curls, shoulder presses and punches. Then you'll make your way onto your back for a supine core sequence (with weights!), followed by a well deserved cool down. Grab a set of 2—5 pound weights and join us! Tip: this class is plenty spicy without weights! Each movement can be practiced sans weights, or held like a traditional yoga pose.
