Slow Flow Morning Practice

Slow Flow Morning Practice

Yoga for New Moms & People on the Go

Whether you've just had a baby, it's been a few years since you've practice yoga, or you find yourself short on time, this focused flow will help reintroduce you to yoga. Many times when we've taken a break from practice or are post partum, we have issues with core stability, destabilized hips and low back, and an overall lack of energy and strength. This practice is designed to safely get you back on track and geared towards promoting core stability throughout and focusing on specific poses to do just that. A shorter practice that gives you just enough without taking too much time away from your busy day! Have a blanket and block available.
