Tight shoulders can lead to head aches, disturbed breathing and pain that moves into the upper back or down into the arm and hand. We'll approach the shoulders from many directions in the joint, moving the muscles in different ways to create space. We will also breathe into these regions to encourage any lurking emotional or mental stress to exit. The class includes Sun Salutations and versions of shoulder openers that also open up the side and front body. You will feel free, spacious and happy! Please have a strap, two blocks and a blanket available.
