Join Grace Flowers for a sweet, well balance, morning Vinyasa flow. You will touch a multitude of places in your body, focusing on postures that create openness and spaciousness in your physical body, and more importantly in your energetic and emotional body, leaving you ready to welcome your day! A moment to ground, get centered, and set your morning intention leads into plenty of time to warm up your spine and outer hips with circular variations of Cat and Cow poses. Dancing Warrior helps you build steady heat and then glide into Triangle and Half Moon postures to practice poise in transitions. Wind down with healthy variations of hips openers with an optional supported backbend to open your heart to finish. This is one of Grace's favorite ways to wake up! Please have two blocks available.
