Abdominal and Navel Strengthening Kriya

This kriya will center, strengthen, and balance energy at the navel point—encouraging that energy to move spontaneously and dynamically. A strong navel center generates boundless energy, and the potential to transform yourself at will. Before beginning your practice, tune in with the Adi Mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo (I bow to the teacher and infinite wisdom within me) and end the practice by chanting a long Sat Nam (Truth is my name). Have a blanket available.

Kiyomi is an IKYTA-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, a Certified YogaWorks Teacher, and a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Kiyomi teaches group and private classes in Los Angeles, leads teacher training and workshops, retreats, online meditation group, and brings yoga and meditation to corporate clients. When she is not teaching she spends as much time as she can in nature, ocean swimming, surfing, and hiking.
