This is one of Grace's favorite yoga sequences for opening up the hips. This is a Yin style practice with longer holds, and filled with options for using props to support you as you softly traction your muscles open. This is a great practice to wind down your day or for when you are coming off of an active workout and looking to stretch deeper. Grace suggests balancing your Yang style Vinyasa practices with Yin practices such as this one. Have two blocks, a bolster and blanket available.
