Throughout this practice, you will return to the theme of strengthening your core while opening your hips. After moving toward the optional peak pose of Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose) you will focus on lengthening the abdominal wall through backbends and and finish off the practice with twists and opening the backs of the legs. Filmed on location in Maui with Laura Burkhart. Videography and Music by Becky White | M A K E ART N O W.
