This class will help you strengthen all the core muscles including the legs to support the lumbar spine and maintain balanced strength and flexibility. When there is low back discomfort, it often feels as though it needs to be "stretched out." This practice teaches you how to create harmonious strengthened muscles so your low back feels stable, open, and capable. Poses are taught progressively so that you can do as little or as much as feels right for your body and your back today. Expect to generate some heat, but you shouldn't experience any pain. Please take modifications as needed. Have a block and blanket available.
