In this level 2/3 class, we will explore elongating the hamstrings, groins and side body while strengthening the arms as we move toward Visvamitrasana. We'll also explore additional advanced postures such as Bird of Paradise and Eka Pada Dandasana. Have a block, strap and wall space available.
