Somatic Yoga: Stress Relief Practice

During this class, Hala takes the time to explain the foundational concepts behind Somatic Psychology, the physiology of stress and how to practice yoga in a way that deeply re-patterns the way that we process and handle stress and trauma. She weaves in some stories from her personal life and experience as a somatic counselor for the past 10 years. This is a well-rounded class that begins slow and deep and builds to stronger standing poses. Have two blocks and a strap available.
