In this challenging and fun level 2/3 class, you'll experience a variety of balancing postures sprinkled throughout the practice, including Garudasana, Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana, Bird of Paradise, Virabhadrasana III and Vasisthasana variations. Modifications will be offered for each of the balancing postures, making the class accessible to a wide range of practitioners. In addition to finding your balance, we'll also open the hamstrings, hips, and heart. If you have tighter hips and hamstrings, you may want to grab a strap and block before getting started.
