This class gives you an opportunity for Svadyaya (Self-Study) to release long held tension patterns in your body and create new, healthy movement patterns. Using a blanket roll, you will free your shoulders, cleanse your abdomen, and open your back body, all to gain greater access to lengthen your psoas, deepen your backbends, and find freedom in your forward bends. Please have a blanket or bath towel, a block and maybe a strap available.
