Booty Yoga

This practice is designed to strengthen and tone your bum. When the glutes are stronger you will feel yourself walk with a lighter stride, your lower back and lower pelvis will be supported, and sitting will be much easier. For those of us meditators, this is a helpful result for a peaceful meditation. There are no Sun Salutations here. We go right to the bum and begin to bring heat with dynamic movements, working the hips in a variety of directions to access all the different muscles. It's tough, so be prepared! In the end you will feel more grounded, stable and strong. A block and blanket are needed for this practice.
