This lovely Yin class with Tymi Howard kisses on each area of the body. Focus on the shoulders, spine, hips and knees, along with some theory woven into the mix. Most poses are held 3-5 minutes each, allowing mini meditations within the practice. Finish off with a sweet meditation at the end. You will float up off your mat after this class. Have cushions, blankets, pillows, and blocks available.
