Apana: Grounding At the End of the Day

Apana is our descending energy. It calms us down, helps us unwind after a full day and relax into ourselves. This 30 minute practice starts with gentle relaxation, moves into hip openers, quad stretches and includes a foray into your hamstrings to support release and nurturance. A great practice when you need to feel more settled and at ease. Have a block and blanket available.
