Afternoon Practice: The Five Tibetans

Afternoon is the perfect time to practice yoga (or so we think)! Your body is already warm and ready to move. We will begin with the Five Tibetans, which are a great way to circulate the fluids and vital energy in the body. Expect plenty of hip openers, twists and lunges to stretch and strengthen the muscles. Our practice will end with a cool down and mid-day juicy nap or Savasana. Have two blocks available.
