This hip-stretching sequence is perfect for after a workout or some other movement (like Alexandra DeSiato's Pilates classes!). Pair it with Sage's yoga snack warmup for a full mat sequence. We visit cow-face pose, lizard pose, and two twists. A strap or hand towel might make the experience sweeter for tight shoulders.
