This calming practice focuses on slowing down and moving deeper into a place of rest and rejuvenation. With a focus on hip and back stretches, the yoga postures assist you in unwinding, letting go of the day, and preparing for sleep. Note: You may want to empty your bladders and brush your teeth before practicing so you can slip into bed and fall deeply into sleep! You may want to do final relaxation (Savasana) in bed. Have a bolster or pillow and blanket available.
