Join Annie Carpenter for a well-rounded, strong and steady SmartFLOW class. Practice what she refers to as the Mother Pose, Warrior 1, and it's relationship to a variety of poses, such as Hanumanasana (splits pose) and Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow). Please have a block for this class.
