Join Annie Carpenter for a short SmartFLOW yoga class that builds to Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Stand). This class will strengthen your core, open your shoulders and teach you proper alignment so that you can practice forearm stand with ease. Have a block and strap available for this practice.
