Lift Up Out of Your Bootstraps

This practice is designed for the times when you feel thick, heavy, low in energy and maybe stuck seeing life from a negative point of view. Filled with lateral poses and Udana Vayu energy, the sequencing will increase your life force energy and help you access more lightness in your body and mind. We start with a short pranayama session to get things going and then move into a strong flowing sequence that will energize you for the rest of your day. Have two blocks, a strap and a blanket available.

Since then, she's been a devoted student of many different yoga styles and yoga related healing modalities, including Tantra, ParaYoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Ayurveda. Since completing her yoga teacher training in 1996, Jeanne has traveled the world to share her powerful teachings. Her inimitable, spirited style combines substance and superb cues with some humor. Jeanne has the power to sooth, instruct and transport her students to deeper places, both in mind and body. Her areas of focus on YogaVibes Chakras, Vinyasa Flow, Meditation and Pranayama.
