Kundalini Yoga to Face and Release Fear

The emotion of fear can arrive from nowhere to stop you from stepping into your fullest power. Internal fears may originate from the experience of rejection and traumas that were buried in the past. In this kriya, you will practice asanas to work on deeply held emotional issues stored in your body. The exercises will strengthen your nervous system to help you welcome, embrace—and then release your fears. It is suggested that you practice a warm up Vinyasa before this class, as well as a meditation of your choice after practicing this kriya, followed by a Savasana to complete your practice, if time permits.

Kiyomi is an IKYTA-certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, a Certified YogaWorks Teacher, and a Certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach. Kiyomi teaches group and private classes in Los Angeles, leads teacher training and workshops, retreats, online meditation group, and brings yoga and meditation to corporate clients. When she is not teaching she spends as much time as she can in nature, ocean swimming, surfing, and hiking.
