The emotion of fear can arrive from nowhere to stop you from stepping into your fullest power. Internal fears may originate from the experience of rejection and traumas that were buried in the past. In this kriya, you will practice asanas to work on deeply held emotional issues stored in your body. The exercises will strengthen your nervous system to help you welcome, embrace—and then release your fears. It is suggested that you practice a warm up Vinyasa before this class, as well as a meditation of your choice after practicing this kriya, followed by a Savasana to complete your practice, if time permits.
