This short, 30-minute class will lead you through several poses to warm your body and bring confidence to your day. Much like a series of sun salutations, this is a fun and upbeat class, which offers a variety of postures to open up all parts of your body. You will heat up fast and connect to your core strength as you flow through standing poses, lunges, hip-openers, and shoulder stretches. Expect this to be a great sequence to start your day, play at lunch hour, or pick you up after a long day. Have two blocks, a blanket and strap available.
