This 60-minute class will allow you to build heat in your body, breathe deeply, and explore hip/heart openers. We begin in low lunges with various arm variations to open our hearts and move into a creative flow comprised of warrior poses, goddess pose, humbling forward folds, juicy hip openers, and awakening back bends.
