Strengthening your inner thigh muscles is essential to maintaining stability and grace in transitions. This class draws awareness to your adductors (inner thigh muscles) through core strengthening, standing balancing, and backbends. The contraction of adductors is followed by a deep stretch in hip-opening poses. Have a blanket and block available.
