First, you'll move through foam rolling and small ball self-massage techniques designed to release holding patterns in the hips, glutes, and diaphragm. Balance that out by strengthening the core in a forearm plank sequence, then pull out the foam roller again to release tension in the side body and triceps. Props needed for this class: foam roller, small massage therapy balls (or tennis balls), a yoga block, and a gerdy massage ball (or small blanket).
