Considered to be a genuine sparkle spirit, finding herself here, there, + everywhere. Kat was born and raised as a southern gal in North Carolina, steeped deep in the electric field of Brooklyn/NYC for 7 years, and currently calling Berlin her homebase as she taps deeper into her German roots. Her passion for yoga was sparked when she was 12 years old as she heard it would improve her skills as a dancer, needless to say she never went professional but she can attest to the open hips helping her in any dance off that she happens to find herself in. Did someone say, drop down and do a split? Because she's probably already on the floor. She's unapologetically sorry, but 100% guilty of being a training junkie (see certs below). With over 1,000 hours of training accumulated over the past 7 years, you are guaranteed a yoga class that pulls from many traditions. She loves immersing herself with the masters + pulling what truly resonates with herself to create a well rounded practice while having a fun time. She's incredibly enthusiastic for living life to it’s fullest which is part of the reason why she's embraced being an international yoga teacher + doterra wellness advocate. She also created a mermaid unicorn sparkle magic apparel line called Katasana, and you can find her leggings sprinkled about the world. She loves assisting people in connecting to their ultimate divine purpose through the process of yoga, meditation, self care practices, + simply sharing the lifestyle of the best sparkly life.
