Curvy Yoga: Body Love, Body Awareness Vinyasa

Awareness of your body is the first step toward a more loving relationship with your body. In this yoga class, we will draw our attention to our bodies through a slow flow standing sequence. This class is designed for beginners, or anyone who would love a gentle, full body stretch today. The practice culminates in a curvy loving kindness meditation to send you on your way with gentleness. Have two blocks and a strap available.
