In this class you will combine the cardio benefits of interval training with the toning benefits of a barre class, resulting in a fun, sweaty, fat-melting, calorie-burning, muscle-sculpting combo class that will transform your entire body! This class is broken down into two 30 minute sections. The first half hour includes sprints with short recovery periods followed by barre-based sequences that will sculpt and define your thighs, butt and abs in the second half hour! Have two pairs of light hand-weights available (3 and 4 pounds is recommended), as well as socks and a chair or barre.
