This gentle yoga class is about choosing appreciation for the body we have been given. It is an exploration as we navigate this time in history—how our body holds tension, trauma, memories and how that shows up in our movement, mind, and the way we breathe. This class is a love note to the self—a thank you to the body for showing up day in and day out. A full spectrum of poses and movements will be presented to open the hips and hamstrings, find steadiness in standing and balancing poses, increase spinal mobility, and release tension.
