Join Sage Rountree for part 3 of her 3 part series on the Building Blocks of Balance. In this class you will practice moving through the common balancing poses: dancer, tree, standing pigeon and eagle pose. Throughout the flow Sage will offer ways to make the poses easier or as you gain practice, more challenging. This class is appropriate or anyone looking to introduce more balance into their lives. Take this class individiually for a quick practice or with the other two classes in the series for more of a challenge.
