Balancing with Ease

This 60-minute class will allow you to build heat in your body, breathe deeply, and to explore a continuous flow while working on keeping your balance. This is a well-rounded practice with a little bit of everything for everybody. Special attention goes to balancing poses and hips.

Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson has been practicing yoga since 2000. In May of 2009 she completed a 200 hour Power Yoga Training in Chapel Hill, North Carolina at Franklin Street Yoga Center with Lori Burgwyn. She is currently in a 500 hour yoga training with Stephanie Keach of Asheville Yoga Center. She loves the connection of the mind, body and spirit and brings that into all of her classes. Michelle's goal is to help students connect with their breath and build strength, flexibility and focus. She loves witnessing students connect more deeply with their bodies and their mental, spiritual and emotional selves.
