Being a love warrior means choosing love over fear in a situation despite the outcome. Just because we rise to a challenge and are able to show up in love does not guarantee us things will turn out as we hope. However, how we respond to the situation at hand will leave a particular imprint in the body beyond that time and place. Responding in fear will leave a particular imprint in the body—so will responding in love; however, the imprint will be quite different. In this all levels class, we will build slowly and steadily into Anjanayasana—the great offering of the heart pose—deepening our somatic inquiry of love and fear. Have two blocks and a blanket available.
