How do we move into a home practice? Often there are distractions, and we might be focusing on alignment principles while keeping an eye on the kids, or figuring out something from the day. Sometimes we jump on the mat because it's the only time to practice, and there's been no time to decide on a way in which the practice can draw us back to the Heart of Everything: Hrdayam. This session — part dharma talk and part asana practice — will offer ways in which our 'self-talk' in our home practice can align with what we're offered in an Ansuara class — a pathway to the Heart.
