Join Alex Moody for a short yoga nidra (translation: "yogic sleep") practice designed to facilitate deep rest and relaxation. Yoga nidra is a wonderful practice to do before bedtime, or any time you need to settle. At just under 15-minutes, this session can easily fit in anywhere in your day, so grab the props you need to get cozy (a blanket, pillows, etc) and get ready to chill!

Alex Moody

As a therapeutic yoga instructor, Ortho-Bionomy practitioner, and intuitive psychic medium, Alex Moody is passionate about supporting people in living their most authentic life. Alex began her journey to connect more with her nervous system health in order to manage the everyday life of being intuitive.

As an empath, she works with clients for private yoga and Ortho-Bionomy sessions, and readings. With her professional background in career counseling, Alex earned her Master's degree in Education from the University of Virginia. During graduate school, she began to experience chronic migraines which lead her to discover a regular yoga practice and Ortho-Bionomy. These tools empowered her to not only accept her gifts but also to share them.

Alex has lived in Western North Carolina for 15+ years and enjoys time with her dogs, Tomato and Boo Basil, and her partner, Tom. She loves all things plants and is currently working on filling up the front yard with rose bushes.
