Gigi Yogini (E-RYT 500) teaches yoga as a way to promote courage and confidence, both on and off the mat. Gigi has been teaching yoga since 2009 and leading circles since 2006. Gigi holds a Masters in Communication from USC and is advocates for body positivity and healthy body image through her writing, teaching and video production. Gigi's public, private and online yoga classes are designed to strengthen your body and mind.
