As an athlete, this is Ted's favorite sequence. Whatever your sport may be, this sequence will relieve tension, lengthen connective tissue, and cleanse your energetic system for a healthier body and calmer mind. It is best done in the evening before bed and you won't regret making it a regular part of your training routine! Have blocks and towels or a blanket available.
