Trust Yourself! Foundations for "Heart-first" living (Class in German) | Suzanne Zuber

After the radical Covid re-set, we have the collective opportunity to rebuild our lives heart- first, instead of barreling headfirst and at the 'breakneck speed' that characterized pre-pandemic times. Letting our hearts lead, however, requires restoring our trust in our own inner foundations. This class invites us to practice emerging thoughtfully and compassionately into progressive heart openers that are supported by a strong core, active outer hip musculature, and careful alignment in the shoulder girdle as we prepare for the 'Ecstatic opening of the Heart to the West' (Camatkarasana). This is an all levels class, with modifications as well as advanced options offered. The sequence includes spinal twists, hip openers, hip strengtheners, and chest & shoulder openers/strengtheners.
