Guided by Resiliency Team Leader Cat McCarthy, this workshop introduces the key concepts of NVC (Nonviolent Communication) as a foundation upon which to build a practice. You will acquire tools of emotional intelligence to help generate new neural pathways for empathy. With a relationship to your own feelings and needs, you can create stronger connection both inside and out. There will be a mix of playful partner/group exercises and discussion.
