This class will help you strengthen all the muscles that support your spine. If you have low back pain and/or instability, there are several exercises here to learn and practice, which create support and stability in your body and your life. Stacey will teach you how to use all sides of your legs and hips effectively, strengthen you core, lengthen your psoas, and access your upper back. You will be challenged to work hard, but the payoff is that this work is the secret to making backbends easy. In the end, you will fly up to Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel pose) with less effort than ever before! Have two blocks and a blanket available.
