Spice Up Your Vinyasa

Does the plank-chaturanga-updog-downdog sequence ever feel mechanical or even a little bit stale? This flow offers a fun new variation on the usual vinyasa. It's super accessible for yogis of all levels, and promotes a strong connection between the core and limbs (which, incidentally, is also a great way to keep repetitive movement like vinyasa safe!) If possible, please have a blanket, some blocks, and a strap available.
