Learn how to use a block and myofascial release balls (tennis balls work great too!) to roll out the pectoral muscles, infraspinatus, latissimus dorsi and the triceps. Myofascial release is a simple (and pleasant!) way to maintain tissue hydration and mobility, and is perfect on a rest day or post-exercise. Please have wall space, a block and tennis ball available for this class.
