Roll out your feet, calves, hamstrings and glutes in this online yoga class with Jenni Tarma! Myofascial release techniques are a simple (and pleasant!) way to maintain tissue hydration and mobility to a healthy or injured hamstring. This video was originally filmed as part of a course in hamstring injury rehab, but is a great practice for all. Props required: two myofascial release balls (or tennis balls) and a yoga block.
