Gigi Yogini (E-RYT 500) teaches yoga as a way to promote courage and confidence, both on and off the mat. Gigi has been teaching yoga since 2009 and leading circles since 2006. Gigi holds a Masters in Communication from USC and is advocates for body positivity and healthy body image through her writing, teaching and video production. Gigi's public, private and online yoga classes are designed to strengthen your body and mind. Her classes offer progressive sequencing, options for variations, and a constant reminder to listen to the wisdom of your inner teacher. As a new mom to twins, Gigi loves working with pregnant and postpartum women and their families to promote family wellness.
